Our Story
Puchi is a French bistro founded by two brothers, Alex and Bernard.
Coming from a family of restaurateurs, we grew up in the rhythm of kitchens, alongside our mother who taught us the fundamentals of the craft from an early age. In 2019, we took over her restaurant, ARIDO, before launching into this new adventure.
Opening our own bistro came naturally, driven by a clear desire: to offer authentic French cuisine, centered around wood-fire cooking thanks to our charcoal oven.
When we discovered this little restaurant, we were immediately charmed by its discreet appeal. Modest in size but with a large terrace, it perfectly matched the spirit we wanted to share.
We named it Puchi, a Japanese word inspired by the French petit, reflecting both the size of the place and our love for simple things done well.

This wealth of influences allows her to offer authentic French cuisine, elevated with subtle touches from elsewhere.
